SMS Optima automatically selects the right SMS Option, every month and for each employee. You will thus always benefit from the best price when sending out a message. SMS Optima is available exclusively in combination with Optima Enterprise.
Orange offers you also a flexible solution with three SMS Options tailored to your individual usage.

carefree SMS communication - always at the lowest tariff

With SMS Optima, you no longer have to worry about the cost of your SMS. Since you do not have to specify a volume in advance, you can be assured that each employee will always benefit from the lowest tariff that corresponds to their actual usage. SMS Optima is the ideal solution for employees with variable SMS usage, as the right SMS Option is automatically selected every month. If your employees' SMS requirements are known in advance, you can select the appropriate SMS Option Start, Plus or Max.

The number of available characters per SMS is set at 160. If the SMS contains one or several special characters , this number may be reduced to 70 characters .

For a monthly fee of CHF 2.– , SMS Optima ensures that every employee always benefits from the lowest tariff based on their individual usage *.

* Monthly fee for SMS Option will be charged on your invoice according to the individual usage. Any SMS traffic allowance that has not been used is not carried over to the following month. Only valid in Switzerland, excludes SMS traffic abroad (roaming).

SMS Optima is exclusively available with Optima Enterprise. Other SMS Options are available with most other subscriptions.

Simply call our Business Customer Service free on 0800 700 600 or activate at any time the Option online in My Business Account. The Option comes into effect within 24 hours after activation.
