It is so easy to install Orange ADSL and the whole process takes just a few days once you have registered.

day 1

You register online, with our Orange Center.

day 2-7

Once we have received your signed contract, you will be sent your modem by post.

day 7-14

As soon as we have activated your line, you will receive a welcome letter with your personal login details (user name and password).

day 14

Install your modem using the set-up CD - and you're ready to surf.

To install Orange ADSL, all you need is:

  • Your modem with the quick user guide
  • Your login and personal password

on-site installation

Would you like some professional help with the installation of your modem?
Orange offers an on-site installation service by a professional technician for the attractive price of CHF 149.– .

day 1

You register online, with our Business Care Team or at an Orange Center.

day 2-7

Once we have received your signed contract, you will be sent your modem by post.

day 7-14

As soon as we have activated your line, you will receive a welcome letter with your personal login details (user name and password). A technician will contact you to arrange an installation date within the next five days.

day 14

The technician will come to your home to set up your modem and explain how Orange ADSL works.

The on-site installation includes the following services:

  • On-site visit from a technician
  • Connection and configuration of the modem
  • Connection of your computer and modem
  • Explanation of how Orange ADSL works

The technician will provide a cost estimate for any additional service not included in the flat rate and will also directly settle such service.
