The Service Notifier ensures that you are always in the picture when it comes to planned or unexpected service interruptions, thus enabling you to inform your employees immediately.
Having a communication network that is permanently available is integral to the success of your company. To ensure that you are always kept up to date on service interruption issues, Orange has created the Service Notifier just for you.
This innovative fault report improves service quality and helps you achieve the level of transparency necessary for ensuring that all those affected are informed internally in good time and that resources can be deployed efficiently.
Orange spares no effort to continuously optimise the maximum availability and quality of all services, and informs you via email about the location and service affected 72 hours before a planned network service interruption. Orange informs you as quickly as possible about any faults. As soon as the issues have been rectified, you will be informed again.

Service Notifier informs you via email about interruptions to the following services:
- mobile phone calls in relation to your location
- mobile data communication
- Orange Box (voice messages)
notifications of interruptions concerning the following are optional:
- BlackBerry Internet Service
- BlackBerry Enterprise Service
- M2M (Machine to Machine services)
- calls within closed user groups
- missed calls
- MMS
time frame
A notification will be sent to the email addresses you specify:
- 72 hours before planned network interruptions (maintenance work)
- as quickly as possible in the event of unexpected faults
- as soon as the fault is rectified
notifications can be sent either:
- from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM or
- 7 days a week, over a period of 24 hours
our promise
With the Service Notifier, Orange promises maximum availability of the required services (at least 99.5 %). If the volume of unexpected service interruptions exceeds 0.5 % of operating time, you will receive a refund for the Service Notifier the following month.
