    Replacement of your existing mobile phone with an identical model or model of the same value, delivered within 10 days to an address of your choice in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
  • Misuse following theft*
    Reimbursement of costs incurred through unauthorised calls made following theft.
  • Damage*
    Repair of your existing mobile phone within 10 working days or replacement with an identical model or model of the same value if damage is irreparable.
