You can choose to keep your old mobile phone when signing a new contract or extending an existing one. We'll give you talktime credit instead of a special deal on a new mobile phone.
Eco Orange
Do your bit for the environment by returning your old mobile phone to us. Providing the handset is in working order, we'll give you up to CHF 200.– to say thank you. You can calculate the exact amount you'll receive using the Eco Orange calculator. You can put this amount towards a new mobile phone when signing a new contract or extending your existing one.
disposal via SWICO
If you have a mobile phone that no longer works, you can bring it in to any Orange Center. The SWICO disposal fee is included in the purchase price. The same applies to chargers and batteries.
