your follow-up

At Orange, the follow-up of your training is splited between the following persons:

Co-ordinator
Two regional co-ordinators will support you throughout your on-the-job training. They ensure that the apprenticeship runs in accordance with commercial, cantonal and academic guidelines. They are also responsible for planning assignments within the company.

Mentor
Orange has a support base of around 30 mentors, who work together to provide high quality training for young people. The mentor is responsible for the practical element of a trainee's instruction. Together with the regional co-ordinator, he defines training goals, monitors progress and carries out performance evaluations. It is the mentor's job to develop a trainee's specialist, procedural and social skills.
