When you introduce your family, friends or business acquaintances to Orange and they become customers, as well as enjoying the usual Orange customer benefits, we'll give them a CHF 50.– invoice discount as a welcome present and we'll give you CHF 100.– off your bill to say thank you.

To make a recommendation, either head into your nearest Orange Center or download a recommendation form (PDF):

  1. fill in your part of the form
  2. ask the person you’re referring to fill in theirs
  3. ask the person you’re referring to visit an Orange Center, Orange Globus or Orange Point, to bring along the form with an ID card and take out an Orange subscription
  4. sit back, relax and enjoy the benefit on your next bill

You can recommend up to five friends, family members or business acquaintances[1] per year.

1) Private customers can recommend both private and business customers. Business customers can only recommend private customers.

Offer available for existing subscription customers that recommend new Orange contracts (new customers cannot have been an Orange customer for at least three months). This offer does not apply if the existing customer uses PrePay, is an Orange employee or collaborator or benefits from a special offer dedicated to business employees or to any customers that use the Orange network and services under a different brand name (powered by Orange) such as CoopMobile or any other. For contracts without mobile phone, the offer is only valid for 12 or 24-month contracts, for both the existing and the new customer. The invoice discount will be credited to the bills of the existing Orange customer and new customer within the first three months since the activation of the new contract. Each customer is entitled to a maximum of five credits for successful recommendations within 12 months (even if a customer has several Orange subscriptions). Private customers can recommend both private and business customers. Business customers can only recommend private customers. No combination with other welcome benefits possible. It is not possible to recommend yourself (even if you have several customer accounts) or another existing Orange customer. The form is only valid if completed legibly and approved by an Orange Center, Orange at Globus or Orange Point within five working days of the new contract being signed. No cash alternative is available.
