Where can I find information about my bills, my unbilled usage and different ways to pay?

You can see your last 12 bills and all your unbilled usage in 'my account'. You can also view your last bill using Mobile Self Service: simply dial #123*1*2# and press the call key. To find our more about our various payment methods, have a look here.

How do I renew or change my subscription?

You can select a new subscription in 'my account' within the 'my subscriber data' section. Remember, if you choose a subscription with a lower monthly fee, additional fees may apply.

How can I change my options?

It's easy to activate and deactivate your options online in 'my account' within the 'my options' section.
