Free
Calls to our Customer Care (0800 700 700), emergency calls (for example 112/117/118/143/144/147) and calls to phone numbers beginning with 0800 are free.
Short numbers
Calls to chargeable short numbers (for example 140, 1414, 1415, 145, 161, 1600, 162, 163, 164, 166, 187) are routed and billed by Swisscom. For more details, please visit Swisscom website.
Premium rate numbers
Calls to premium rate numbers (084x, 090x numbers) are billed at the rate applied by the service provider. These rates are not defined by Orange but by the service provider. Orange does not bill any additional charges to this rate. Service providers are free to set their own rates for premium rate numbers and there is no legal ceiling.

If you would like to put a block on 090x numbers, or more specifically on adult entertainment numbers (starting with 0906), you can call our Customer Care on 0800 700 700.
Prices in CHF. Contract term: 12 months. Exclusively for private customers. Offer runs until 27.12.2008 for all new Orange ADSL subscriptions. If you cancel your Internet Everywhere or Orange Mobile subscription, the monthly fee for Orange ADSL increases to CHF 49.–/month. The monthly fee of Internet Everywhere Day is offered for the whole Orange ADSL contract term. The Internet Everywhere Day connection fee (CHF 3.50/day) still applies.
