what is a missed call notification?
- a missed call notification is an SMS notification informing you of the date, time and number of times a caller has tried to reach you.
- this SMS will remain valid up to 24 hours after the last attempted call.

The missed call notification service is automatically activated for our Private and Business customers.

My Account you can activate or deactivate the missed call notification option
online.

when is a missed call notification sent?
- when your mobile phone has been turned off, you turn it back on and no message has been left on your Orange Box.
- when you have had no network coverage from Orange or an international roaming partner, you regain network reception and no message has been left on your Orange Box.
please note that no missed call notification will be sent in the following situations
- if your mobile phone is switched on - you will receive a notification directly from your handset
- the caller has left a message on your Orange Box
- the caller withheld their number
- the missed call notification service is deactivated
- 2 or more calls are placed to your Orange Box within 20 seconds of each other, and at least one of the callers leaves a message
- instead of 'none' or 'Orange Box: 086078xxxxxxx', you have set another value under 'call divert' in the event that you cannot be contacted
- the setting under 'call divert' in the event that you cannot be contacted is 'empty'
