how it works

Go to 'my account', under the 'my options' section:

  • to subscribe to the MyGroup option
  • to create your group or modify group members


MyGroup is available to all Orange PostPay customers (Orange Comfort and Prima are excluded).
Only calls and SMS placed and received within Switzerland are free.
You can replace any member of your group once per calendar month.
An Orange Mobile customer can only subscribe once to the MyGroup option; however, he/she may be included in several other groups.
This offer is compatible with the Preferred Numbers option.
It is your responsability to inform your group members of their inclusion in and exclusion from the MyGroup option.
