'Liveradio' gives you access to several thousand radio stations and podcasts from all over the world. You can use 'Liveradio' to catch up on your favourite radio programmes or listen to them again - wherever you are.

'Liveradio' is free to download. The data transferred will be deducted from your monthly data package or billed according to your subscription.

How do I find a radio station or a podcast?
Select 'Radios' or 'Podcasts', then navigate within the wide range of programmes and podcasts available. These are sorted by category (such as 'news', 'sport', 'comedy' etc.) and musical genre (such as 'classical', 'pop/rock', 'variety' etc.). You can also search by keyword (e.g. the name of the radio station or programme).

What information is available when I am listening to a radio
station?
Some radio stations provide information about the programme currently airing (e.g. presenter, artist and name of the track playing). To access this information, simply click on the button in the top right-hand corner of the application while you are listening. A context menu will appear. Click on 'Display biography' for more information about the artist or 'See playlist' for a list of tracks played recently.

What customisation options does 'Liveradio' offer?
You can set radio stations or podcasts as your favourites. To do this, simply click on the button in the top right-hand corner of the application while you are listening. A context menu will appear. Select 'Add to favourites'. The radio station will then be added to the 'My favourites' section on the application homepage. Similarly, you can bookmark track titles when a radio station is broadcasting information on the programme currently airing. These tracks will then be added to the 'Bookmarks' section of the application.

After you have stored 8 favorites you can manage them and replace them with new ones.

What are the limitations of using 3G?
You will need Wi-Fi access to play video podcasts and some radio stations broadcast in RealAudio format.

Why does the sound sometimes break up when listening to the radio
or a podcast?
The radio stations and podcasts are broadcast by means of online streaming. If a high number of users are connected at the same time, the mobile network or radio servers can become overloaded and this can cause the sound to break up. These breaks in sound may be more frequent if you are on the move. If the sound breaks up, click on 'Pause' then 'Play' to restart play.

How can I avoid high fees through data roaming?
You can deactivate data roaming on your iPhone at Settings > General > Network.
