| Credit limits | Global limit The global limit applies to all the cards (primary and additional cards) you hold and is checked every time one of the cards is used. If you have more than one card, you may not be able to use the full limit on one of your cards once the global limit has been reached. Example Global limit: CHF 7'000.– (max.) Primary card limit: CHF 7'000.– * Additional card limit: CHF 3'000.– * *Up to CHF 7'000.– in total (the global limit) can be spent on both cards. However, no more than CHF 3'000.– can be spent on the additional card. |

| Loss of card | If you lose your Orange Collect Card (Visa), call our 24-hr service number on +41 (0)58 958 83 83 to have your card blocked immediately. After you report the loss/theft, your card will be blocked and you will receive emergency cash or a replacement card right away no matter where you are. Provided that you report the incident straight away and you have exercised due diligence, there is no liability for you as the cardholder. |
| Replacement Card | In Switzerland cards are generally replaced within two working days. Outside Switzerland they are generally replaced within three to six working days. CHF 20.– is charged to replace the card. |

| Reduced rates for Hertz car rental | When you use your Orange Collect card to pay for a rental car from Hertz, you will receive a discount of up to 10 % on Tnon-prepaid standardT rates. Non-prepaid means that the hire car can be booked on the Internet but must be paid for locally in the local currency. This discount does not apply to limited Internet and/or local promotional offers, company rates or prepaid rates.
Here's how it works: You will find a TCDPT number printed on the back of your card below the Hertz logo. All you need to do to take advantage of the discount is quote this number when making an online reservation at www.hertz.ch.
