Within the Orange network in Switzerland the use of 'My Orange' is free. If you leave the application to browse the Internet, data usage will be charged depending on your subscription and data options. When using the application in a foreign network, additional roaming charges will occur. -
How can I access the 'My Orange' application?
You can access 'My Orange' via the Orange Switzerland mobile network or via a Wi-Fi connection. Using this application requires the same credentials as registered on 'my account' on the Orange website. If you haven't registered yet, please go to orange.ch/myaccount for sign up. -
Do I always need to provide my username and password to log in?
The 'My Orange' application provides you the convenient login functionality 'remember me'. By selecting the 'remember me' checkbox, your login data will be stored and you will log in automatically each time you access the application. To protect your account or manage another subscription, you can log out the application and your stored login data will be deleted. - How can I avoid high fees through data roaming?
You can deactivate data roaming on your phone menu:- iPhone: go to Settings > General > Network > Data Roaming
