Communication fee: for calls to numbers starting with 090x, 084x, 18xy, 0878 or to short numbers, excluding emergency numbers (e.g. 1600, 161, 162, 163, 164, 166, 187), Orange charges the cost of a call to the Swiss fixed-line network according to your subscription in addition to the cost of the service charged by the number's provider.
