Our mobile phone insurance option which covers you in the event of:
- theft: if the theft is proven, we'll replace your existing mobile phone with an identical model (or one of the same value) within 10 days, delivered to any address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
- misuse: we'll reimburse costs for any unauthorized calls made following a theft
- accidental damage: we'll repair your mobile phone within 10 working days or replace it with an identical model (or one of the same value) if the damage is irreparable
Reporting a loss or theft or damage
If your device is lost or stolen or damaged, please call the AIG hotline immediately on 00800 855 588 59 from Switzerland or abroad, 24/7 to block/suspend the line as necessary and to make a claim or suspend it online, anytime, on my account.
