Configuring your mobile phone for Internet, MMS or email is easy.
Just make sure your mobile phone's switched on, then follow the steps below depending on your preferred method:
on my mobile phone
Using the Mobile Self Service:
- for subscription customers, dial #123*3*1#
- for PrePay customers, dial #123*4*1#
by calling Customer Service
Call 0800 700 700, then when prompted, press 3 for the technical menu and then select option 2, 'configure your mobile phone'.
on the Internet
- enter your mobile phone number
- type in the secure code shown on the page
- insert the code you'll have received by SMS
