Every parcel received from the Orange Central Warehouse or at any Orange Center needs to be checked immediately.
Should the device prove faulty on delivery, it is your right to return it (complete and in its original packaging) within 5 days of receipt. Please also return the warranty letter and/or receipt, stating the reason for return on the back of the warranty letter.
If the order does not meet your expectations or if you are not in agreement with the following warranty conditions, you can return the product, unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
In both cases, the device has to be sent to:

If the device was faulty on delivery or develops a defect, following warranty terms shall apply:
- 24-month warranty for mobile handsets/mobile PC cards
- 12-month warranty for Apple iPhones
- 24-month warranty for SIM cards
- 12-month warranty for accessories
The warranty periods begin on the date of delivery of the product to the customer. During these periods faulty devices (manufacturing defaults, design faults and material defects) will be repaired or replaced (with the same model or, if no longer available, with a successor model of equal value) at the sole discretion of Orange.
The warranty period for repaired or replaced devices will not be lengthened or renewed.
Normal wear and tear, consequences of mishandling, damage or repair, by the customer or by third parties, and defects attributable to external circumstances are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty is exclusive and replaces any statutory warranty obligations. Any further liability, particularly for consequential losses, is hereby excluded insofar as legally permissible.
To take advantage of the warranty terms, please send the faulty device to the relevant repair center with your warranty sheet and a short description of the fault.
