1st day
subscribe online, by calling our Customer Care or at an Orange Center.
2nd-7th day
as soon as we receive the signed contract, we will send your modem to you by post.
7th-14th day
once the line is activated, we will send you your personal connection details (user name and password) in a welcome letter.
14th day
install your modem by following the quick set-up guide. You are now ready to surf the Internet.
To install Orange ADSL, you will need:
- your modem (Livebox or Babybox) with the quick set-up guide
- your user name and your password
Installation of Fixtalk will be carried out at the same time as Orange ADSL. As soon as you receive your welcome letter, you can check if your line has been activated by calling 0868 868 868 free from your fixed line.

We offer a home installation service, carried out by a professional technician, for the special price of CHF 149.– .

14th day
the technician will come to your home to install your modem and will explain how Orange ADSL works.
Home installation includes the following services

- visit from an technician to your home
- connection and configuration of your modem
- connection of your computer to the modem
- explanation of how Orange ADSL works
Any services not included in the package will become the subject of a separate quote from the installer.
