When the remaining time on your account is 60 and then 30 seconds, you will hear a warning, triple-tone; when you place a call and your remaining time is less than 60 seconds, an announcement will indicate how much time you have left to talk.

To keep your mobile number and credit, you need to regularly recharge your PrePay account, i.e. at least once every 360 days. If your account is not recharged, it will be deleted on the expiry date and you will lose your credit and mobile number. You can check the expiry date at any time by calling 0800 700 555 free of charge from your mobile phone or to #123*3*1# .

    Dial the toll free number 0800 700 555 and choose the menu 'check your balance'.

last call information

You will receive information about your last call - duration and costs.

    0800 700 555 and select 'Last call information'
    Dial the number 0800 700 555 free of charge. The interactive voice response system will recognise your phone number automatically.
    Choose 'Last call information' and the system informs you about the duration and the costs of your last call.

The 'SMS notification after call' informs you about the duration and costs of the last call.

  • via call
    0800 700 555 and select 'SMS notification after call'
    Dial the number 0800 700 555 free of charge. The interactive voice response system will recognise your phone number automatically.
    Choose 'SMS notification after call' and the system provides you the possibility to activate / deactivate this option.

check your recharge history

Possibility to check your last 3 recharge transactions. Date, time, Amount and channel will be provided.
