If your mobile phone line has been suspended for non-payment, reactivate it by:
- paying your last bill(s) with a red or orange payment slip. Your line will be reactivated as soon as we receive your payment, so within approximately 2 days.
- calling our Customer Care on 0800 700 700 and pay your last bill(s) by credit card. Your line will be reactivated immediately.
