Calls are charged per minute. This charging principle applies to all national calls to fixed-line and mobile phone numbers throughout Switzerland, your Orange Box and also to international numbers.

The conditions and prices of your subscription are as follows:

subscriptions

free of charge

Calls to our Customer Care (0800 700 700), calls to emergency numbers and calls to 0800 numbers are free for subscribers to Orange Me, Optima, X-treme, Maxima and Optima Pro.

For Orange Me PrePay, Orange World PrePay, My PrePay, X-treme PrePay, Prima and Orange Comfort customers, calls to our Customer Care (0800 700 700), calls to recharge PrePay accounts (0800 700 555 and 0800 700 444) and calls to emergency numbers are free. For calls to other 0800 numbers, Orange charges the cost of a call to the Swiss fixed-line network.

premium rate, shared rate, directory services and short numbers

For calls to premium rate numbers (090x), shared cost numbers (084x), directory enquiry numbers (18xy) and short numbers (e.g. 140, 1600, 161, 162, 163, 164, 187), Orange charges a communication fee in addition to the cost of the service charged by the number's provider. For Orange Me, Optima, X-treme, Maxima and Optima Pro subscribers, this fee is charged at CHF 0.20/min. For Orange Me PrePay, Orange World PrePay, My PrePay, X-treme PrePay and Orange Comfort customers, this fee corresponds to the cost of a call to the Swiss fixed-line network.

diverted calls

Calls diverted to your Orange Box are free when you are in Switzerland and billed when you are abroad. Calls diverted to numbers other than your own Orange Box will be billed according to the destination.

calls to Liechtenstein

Calls to Liechtenstein are charged at the same rate as your calls within Switzerland (both fixed and mobile networks). The Liechtenstein number ranges +423 60 to 68, +423 87 and +423 90 are premium rate numbers with one special rate (currently CHF 1.– /min.) which may be modified at any time.
