The Visual Voicemail service is exclusively available on iPhone mobile phones.
When you decline or don't answer a call, the caller hears a recorded greeting and can leave a voicemail message. The innovative Visual Voicemail feature lets you view all your voicemail messages at once. You can listen to them in the order you prefer and as often as you want without having to listen to prior messages or voice instructions. Use the Play/Pause button to control playback of your voicemail messages. The scrubber bar even lets you replay portion of your voice messages.
The basic Orange Box feature will continue to be available on your iPhone and it is still possible to retrieve voicemail messages by dialing your Orange Box number i.e. 086 + your own phone number (for example, 086, 0781 234 567).

activation
If you're a new iPhone Orange customer with an iPhone subscription, you automatically have Visual Voicemail free of charge.
The Visual Voicemail service is available with at least the Apple software version 2.2, and Operator settings Orange 3.0. Connect your iPhone on iTunes to download them.
If you already have an iPhone and any Orange subscription but you do not yet have Visual Voicemail, you can subscribe to the service by going to your nearest Orange Center or calling Customer Care 0800 700 700.

Visual Voicemail is delivered over the mobile data network.
roaming
Visual Voicemail when roaming is turned off to avoid data roaming charges.
- To turn on Data Roaming, go to Settings > General > Network, and press 'ON'
- To get voicemail when Visual Voicemail is not available, simply dial your Orange Box number, i.e. 086, followed by your number (for example, 086 0781 234 567).
