from abroad
- If you have an Orange subscription: take the aforementioned price and simply add the cost of the international data connection required to send the file.
- If you are a PrePay customer: CHF 1.– per MMS sent + cost of the international data connection required to send the file.
- To receive an MMS, you will be charged the cost of the international data connection required to download the message.
First of all, check that your phone is correctly configured to send and receive MMS. If you are not sure: simply send a free SMS containing the word 'wap' to 513 and follow the instructions.

- Activate the 'Camera' function and take a photo.
- To send the photo via MMS, choose 'Options' then 'Send' and select either 'via multimedia' or 'via MMS'.
- Add your text, enter the mobile number or the email address of your contact and you're ready to go!
send a video
- Activate the 'Video camera' function and shoot a video.
- To send the video via MMS, choose 'Options' then 'Send' and select either 'via multimedia' or 'via MMS'.
- Add your text, enter the mobile number or the email address of your contact and you're ready to go!
Note: Make sure that the size of your photo or video does not exceed 300 KB, or it will not be sent.
