Below is a list of commonly used terms and abbreviations which you may see on your bill:

| Calls to abroad / Comm. while abroad | calls made while abroad to a country other than Switzerland |
| Calls to abroad / Mobile com in Switzerland | calls made from Switzerland to international numbers |
| Comm. while abroad | calls made / received, SMS sent or data used while abroad |
| Data / Comm. while abroad | Internet access while abroad |
| Data / mobile Internet | charges and related size in kilobytes incurred while using the Internet on your mobile phone |
