forgotten PIN / PUK code

If you enter the wrong PIN or PIN2 code three times in a row, your SIM card will be automatically blocked. To unblock your SIM card, you'll need your PUK (Personal Unblocking Code).

Don't try to guess your PUK code as you risk locking your mobile phone permanently if you input it wrongly 10 times. 

Instead, to find your PUK code, you can either:

  • if you've registered on my account go to the 'help section' ; or
  • call us on 0800 700 700 (or +41 800 700 700 if calling from abroad).
