In order to speed up the process at the Orange Center, you can download the direct debit document.

You're currently an Orange customer but getting ready for
adventures outside Switzerland? No problem. You'll simply
need to inform us (by calling Customer Care free on 0800 700 700)
that you want to cancel your subscription and provide us with
a document from your community confirming that you are leaving
the country.
If you have been with us for less than 6 months or have benefited
from a handset offer recently, you may have to pay a penalty fee.
Yes. You can join Orange and keep your swiss mobile number. This can take up to 4 weeks. If you have a pay-monthly contract, simply inform us that you want to use an already existing number and we will do the rest. If you use PrePay, you'll also need to inform your current operator.
Switzerland operates on a GSM network. If you come from Europe or many other countries, your current phone will probably work in Switzerland and you can decide to only get a new SIM card with your subscription or your PrePay offer. If you are coming from North America or some areas of Asia, you might need to change your phone and buy a new one locally.
If you keep your mobile phone, Orange offers you a discount of CHF 10.– on your monthly fee. Simply subscribe online without selecting a handset or go to one of our Orange Centers.
