When the remaining time on your account is 60 and then 30 seconds, you will hear a warning, triple-tone; when you place a call and your remaining time is less than 60 seconds, an announcement will indicate how much time you have left to talk.
To keep your mobile number and credit, you need to regularly recharge your PrePay account, i.e. at least once every 360 days. If your account is not recharged, it will be deleted on the expiry date and you will lose your credit and mobile number. You can check the expiry date at any time by calling 0800 700 555 free of charge from your mobile phone or to #123*3*4#.
