Here's how it works:
- enter the make and model of your old mobile phone, add any individual details and print out your personal voucher.
- bring the voucher together with your old, fully functional mobile phone, including battery, to any Orange Center or Orange Citydisc.
- you can either redeem the voucher and claim the corresponding discount immediately against your purchase, or exchange it for an Orange Center gift voucher, valid for 24 months at all Orange Centers/Orange Citydiscs, and use it towards your next purchase from the full range of products *.

If you have an old mobile phone that no longer works, you can still bring it in to any Orange Center or Orange Citydisc and we will ensure it is disposed of correctly. Mobile phones contain many recyclable precious metals and glass. They also contain harmful substances that cannot be disposed of properly if the mobile phone is simply thrown away with the household waste.
